Rustic Glam

This Tuxedo renovation, which we fondly describe as "Rustic Glam" is a perfect example of a home that benefited greatly from some "mad space planning skills". Prior to getting our hands on it, the main floor had an oversized and under utilized office, a powder room that was disproportionately large, a cramped back entry and a kitchen that was tight for a family of five. Now, the main floor boasts a laundry + mud room combo, a kitchen with a bakers island that can seat the family, a custom banquette that can do the same and an office that is an absolute pleasure to study in. 100's of square feet of new useable space was created without the heavy price tag of a home addition.

Design Shop worked closely with Vertical Projects and Legacy Originals to bring this beauty to life and at bullet speed.
