We often act as the prime consultant on a project. We’ll lead and coordinate each step in the process and we are the only ones who know every layer of the project. This maintains the overall goal and thesis of the project while keeping things on schedule. This includes coordination meetings, drawing reviews, feedback, and acting as point person for client communication.
