Materials & Finishes Selections and Schedules

In this stage, we research a wide array of materials and finishes and make sure that all choices made are up to aesthetic, safety, functional, and health codes. We also make sure that each item we choose is relevant to the project thesis statement. We document all specifications/allocations of each material/finish so that the details are translated during construction. Budgeting, detailing, scheduling, and lead times also play a role in our choice of materials and finishes.
