WATERFRONT CONDO

We collaborated on this this award winning design and host’s dream space, with Legacy Originals. Collectively, we delivered a unique, modern look to a multi-floor condo in Winnipeg’s Exchange District.

This full-scale design and renovation project included an enhanced entertainment experience throughout the condo as we kept our client’s bachelor lifestyle in mind. 

We enlarged the kitchen and created an experiential island with full automation and a pop-up bar that rises and seamlessly disappears into the island countertop.

We designed a custom walk-in wine cellar by Genuine Cellars as well as a multi-purpose display cabinet facing the living room. A floating, side-lit staircase connects both levels of the condo.

Our design involved exploring automation and design, and mixing classic and mid-century details with just a hint of rustic.
